Luxury!

So first off the packaging! You know you’ve got something quite special just by the way it looks. Then you have the pleasure of being able to open it and you start to smell luxury. Peeling back the lid and the scent come even more into its own and you really know you’ve got something quite special.

The candle burns nice and evenly and fills the room with a delightful smell, and what’s more, the next day you can still smell it.

I love the design, from the presentation box to the candle itself.

A very neat and simple design that goes well in any room. The scents are amazing !

SMELL: Each season’s candle having its own blend makes them all very unique. The aromas are strong and fill the room almost immediately. They have a long lasting fragrance that lingers even after the candle is out. I love them all and couldn’t choose a favourite.

LOOK: The presentation is absolutely stunning with the most beautiful artwork on the box sleeve. A very superior quality throughout including the postal box.

TOUCH: You can just feel the high standard of the packaging right through the whole product to the purity and chemical-free wax that has a beautiful softness and moisturising texture.

Go on treat yourself….. these candles are worth it and the finer detail sets them apart from others.

Overall Experience: Wow, these are truly beautiful candles, very professionally packaged with well explained info about them. It is great to find candles that are completely natural without containing all the “synthetic nasties” that others do. I love these candles, the scents are amazing and I love the idea of one for each season. They burn so well and fill the room with beautiful scents, a real touch of luxury…all my friends comment on how lovely they smell when they are burning 💕💕

Candle Care

Before lighting ensure the wick is trimmed to approx. 5mm and remove any ‘clubbing’ on the wick. This will prevent the candle from smoking and ensure better scent diffusion. Please ensure the wick is centralised at all times; extinguish the flame if the wick becomes off-centre.

Candle Memory

The size of the wax pool on the initial burn sets the memory for the life of the candle. When you light your candle for the first time do not extinguish it until an even liquid wax pool has been created right to the edge of the glass; this can take between 3-4
hours. If you extinguish your candle before a complete wax pool has been formed then ‘tunnelling’ will occur and you will be left with an outer rim of wasted wax.

Draught and Wax Pools

Candles burn best in still air. Draughts can cause a candle to smoke or burn unevenly. Ensure that they are placed away from open windows, doors and other draught sources. Match heads and wick remains in the wax pool can lead to flaring due to debris lighting the wax, so remember to remove any wick debris from the candle before burning.

Extinguishing

Blowing out your candle is not recommended as the liquid wax may splatter and the wick may continue to glow and emit smoke. The most effective way to extinguish a candle is to use a candle snuffer.

2. Please fill in the Returns Form, carefully pack your items, addressing your parcel to the address found on your Returns Form (Any tampering to seals or opening liquid jars will invalidate your returns)

3. Return the parcel via you local Post Office and keep hold of your proof of postage. Make sure your Returns Form is inside the mailing box that your returning.

4. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return and your refund/exchange has been processed.
