All orders are sent using Royal Mail and are delivered Monday - Saturday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays) Your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 12pm. A signature will be required at the point of delivery.

- Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm.

- During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

International delivery

Unfortunately we currently do not offer any international orders and can only deliver to UK mainland (exc Northern Ireland) however this is something we hope to provide in the future.

To return your order simply follow the steps below:

1. Returns Forms are including in your Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation emails - Just click on the PDF to download and print. Make sure you notify us of the reason for return, by using the Reason Codes:

A = Exchange required (please provide details)
B = Product not required
C = Item is damaged
D = Product was not ordered
(Included any relevant information or photos)

2. Please fill in the Returns Form, carefully pack your items, addressing your parcel to the address found on your Returns Form (Any tampering to seals or opening liquid jars will invalidate your returns)

3. Return the parcel via you local Post Office and keep hold of your proof of postage. Make sure your Returns Form is inside the mailing box that your returning.

4. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return and your refund/exchange has been processed.

5. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase to be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been processed, your refund/ exchange will be processed within 14 working days. We will notify you via email once this has been processed. ‌

Does your item need replacing?

If you have received an item that is damaged or broken, please follow the returns process above ensuring to you attach any relevant photos or information. For more detail you can view our Damged Returns Policy.

Please be advised that we are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at If you purchased a product at one of our authorised retailers or counters, please contact them directly. ‌

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection, please retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. ‌
Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items. ‌

If a promotional gift has been included in your order, and a return is made reducing your qualifying total for this gift, the full order must be returned. We are unable to exchange items received as a free gift. ‌

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/ offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. ‌‌

Any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/ cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us. ‌
